The BUNKHOUSE

Our secure, centrally heated bunk house is available all year.

All rooms have access to night toilet. The showers are available in the toilet blocks is close by.


All beds come with a comfy mattress, individual hanging and storage in open lockers. Just bring your sleeping bag and a pillow.

4 ~ 6 person rooms & 2 ~ 2 person rooms

EASY camping options

Our camping is very straight forward. Just select your pitch/building you would like and make an online booking. You can add other activities at the same time

Direct walking access from the south downs

This is a great option if you are hiking your young people on to the site, like Duke of Edinburgh expeditions.

There is a direct access gate through the Manley's Estate.
